Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it in — unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at mail@casmovi.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that items sent without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether it’s approved. If it is, you’ll get a full refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind your bank or credit card provider might take additional time to process and post the refund.
